Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the mobile and web application “Daily Devotional - One Minute With God” (the “Service”), operated by Mladen Fistrek. By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Lawful use only

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal devotional purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, spam or abusive purposes;
• harass, threaten, defame or abuse other users or third parties;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any person;
• upload, distribute or transmit malware, viruses, worms or any other harmful code;
• probe, scan, scrape, crawl or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, networks or security systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to discover the source code of the Service;
• circumvent technical or plan limits, including the two-device or paywall restrictions;
• share, resell, redistribute or publicly reproduce paid content or account access;
• create multiple accounts to abuse free trials, discounts or referral programmes;
• use the Service to generate, distribute or promote unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, deceptive or otherwise harmful content through AI features.

3. Accounts and devices

You are responsible for activity under your account. Premium access is personal and limited to the number of devices allowed by your plan. You must not share login credentials or allow others to access the Service using your account.

4. AI-generated content

Extended reflections and audio narration are generated with artificial intelligence. You must not use these features to produce content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes anyone’s rights. We may filter, restrict or remove outputs and suspend accounts that violate this rule.

5. Content moderation and enforcement

We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict or disable content or accounts that violate this policy or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, repeated violations, security risk or fraud.

6. Reporting misuse

If you become aware of misuse of the Service, please report it to us at support@godlydevotion.com. Include as much detail as possible so we can investigate.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after the change means acceptance.
